Lithodora diffusa (Steinsame, blau)

I found these bluish small flowers which are so beautiful and could not resist to buy them. Lithodora diffusa (purple gromwell) found a place in my garden wink

It is a creeping flower, winterhardy up to - 20 degress, preferably placed in stone garden with its pretty, small blue blossoms which appear in May and June in its whole splendor. It looks excellent especially in stone and gravel gardens as a shrub, also in slopes, walls or in tubs and patches.

Plant them in well permeable, rich in humus ground in sunny to half-shady, warm and protected position.  Propagation can be done through stem cuttings in Summer.
