Funny experience baking Chiffon Cake!

Tiya Ria had finally taught me how to bake Chiffon Cake!  I tried to make a video about it so you can have also see how she dit it.  As you wll see in the video, we had a lot of fun during the preparation!!! laughlaughlaugh

So here are again the ingredients:

2 cups or 370 grams Flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cups of oil
1 cup orange juice
6 eggs in room temperature
pinch of salt
1 pack baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cream of Tartar

We forgot to mention to preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake it for about 40-50 minutes. The temperature should remain constant and avoid opening the oven so the cake will not sink.

Tip: Do not use plastic basin when mixing the egg whites to achieve the best result.  


So here it delicious and fluffy chiffon cake!
