Bulalo Style (Beef Soup)

I remember we ate this kind of food every Sunday in Calamba, my hometown.  Here in Germany, when its cold and rainy, like today, I decided to cook Bulalo.  You can add different kinds of vegetables which are suitable for making soups.  As extra, I added what we call here "Spätzle" it is a kind of soft egg noodle or dumpling found in the cuisines of southern Germany and of Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Alsace and South Tyrol. You can also use noodles if you want.

What I did was, I put the beef in a pressure cooker  adding sliced onions, a little soya sauce, salt and pepper into it and cooked it for about 30 minutes. After that I let it stand for a while and put the vegetables, Spätzle and cook it for another 5-8 minutes or until the string beans are tender but not overcooked.  Lastly, I added the Spring onions and serve it hot.
