Quick and Easy Sugar-Free Smoothie

A very refreshing treat for this summer. First add the melon, then the banana and of course peaches. You can also add your favorite fruits and when it is not so sweet enough for you, add a tablespoon honey. It is always better than sugar. The important thing is to first add the melon because it contains more water and easy to mix with the mixer.

As this recipe contains no sugar it is healthy and the banana will make you full and prevents hunger pangs.
