The Perfect Rib-Eye Steak

Here is some tips how to achieve the Perfect Rib-Eye Steak. Fry the steak over high heat and let it rest in the oven at low temperature for a while and you got a perfect tenderlicious Rib-Eye Steak! wink

Here's what you need:

3 slices Rib-Eye Steak
Sea salt and Pepper
Olive Oil

1. Pour some olive oil on the steak, rub it all over then add sea salt and pepper. I prefer to use sea salt because it taste simply better.

2. Set the heat to high and fry the steak in pan without adding any oil on every side until golden brown.

3. Put them in a baking pan and let it rest in the oven at 90° C for about 20-30 minutes for medium done steak.

4. Serve with bake potatoes, french fries or anything you like.
