Fanta Cake (Fantakuchen)

I love this fanta cake, its popular here in Germany and my family love it. :) It is very simple to bake and for a busy mom like me, time is very important. Simply fantastic!

TiP: It should be put in the refrigarator.

Cake Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Fanta
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 pack (8g) baking powder
1 pack (8g) Vanilla Sugar
pinch of salt

Whipped Cream:
200g cream
200g heavy sour cream
1 pack Cream Stabilizer
1 pack Vanilla Sugar

Toppings:
cinnamon mixed with sugar
raspberries

1.  In a bowl, add the cake ingredients. Mix very well.
2.  Pour it in a baking pan and bake at 180° C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. When the cake is done, let it cool for a while.
3.  In another bowl whip the cream stiff, together with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar. Mix in the heavy sour cream.
4.  Coat the cake with the whipped cream.
5.  Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle it all over the cake and decorate it with raspberries.
